- Vision
- Problem/opportunity- Problem statement
- Validation - research/data points. Initial findings. Clarifies the problem (user personas)
- Potential Solution - how I will solve problem
TIPS
- prepare talking points not a script
- stick to time limit
- Use of image- backdrop to information- less distracting
- Use standard, Plain English
- concise, succinct
- use a flow for slide- not a need for titles on anything
- use quotes
